We had Culligan soft water and R/O water in our old home for many years. When we bought a townhome with no soft water we called Shane at Culligan right away. He was knowledgeable about installing water systems in townhomes with no basements and very accommodating with our schedule. We were also impressed with Keanu's installation and very pleasant personality. We did not plan to move in to the new home until we had our Culligan water!

This Culligan facility has been doing an excellent job for me. They send out a yearly calendar at the beginning of the year. They will text you to remind you of the usually next day delivery date. That is a great reminder. The water comes, in a timely fashion and occasionally, the service person can carry the water into the house for you. Billing is done efficiently and easy for me. I enjoy having Culligan come to my home with their water.
