My companion, Ruth, is pleasant and kind. I enjoy talking to someone who is near to me in age. We share different things about our lives in the past all the way down to grandchildren. My husband passed last March and I was grieving and very alone. Ruth would help comfort me. She knows when I'm needing help and my depression has reared it's terrible head. I would tell anyone who needs help, all types of help to speak to Senior Helpers.
