You gear your services to fit the patients needs. My father has dementia. We have been through many agencies. None of them have realized my father needed different care because of his dementia. Your company (Elise) knew exactly what he needed. She knew he needed routine. Same caregiver same time and day every time. I’m so thankful that we found your company! The caregiver you sent out has been exceptional. She knows about dementia & the care that is involved with taking care of someone with dementia. Caregiving is not a one size fits all! Your company understands that. I can not express how thankful I am that we found you. I am able to run errands & take a break without worrying if My Dad will be ok.

I was very worried when I signed up, because I’m a private person & wasn’t sure that I would be comfortable with a stranger in the house. Now I don’t know what we’d do without Val in our life. So much pressure has been lifted. Also being able to have another person to communicate with. Also I’m able to see other friends more.

Everything! The staff is polite and knowledgeable and thoughtful with how they respond to my mother’s care. I am blessed that Dan and his staff have been a part of our lives and also have become part of the family, especially Martha Del Gado! The stress of caring for my mom had been difficult to manage but Martha has been such a gem!
