Getting to know the girls and I really enjoy Ramsey. She is a nice gal and a hard worker! I really have been ill this past month and I don’t know what I would have done without her! I like the communication piece from the caregivers checking off their dut performed and writing notes on what happened during the shift. I also like how the scheduler tries to accommodate our family members wishes the best she can. Very responsive caring service.
