Senior Helpers are true to their name. I am grateful that I found them at a critical moment. Second - they operate in Michigan and for residents in our locations. This makes it easier to access them . Third, I am very fortunate to have found Ms. Quiniece to wok with. She is a dedicated, high energy poerson - she is reliable and earnest to do her best to meet our needs. Thank you, Quiniece. The Carepro individuals that we have worked with are equally good - willing and co-operaive - to learn tyhe requirements of the job and do their best. By and large, we have been pleased with the service staff and management. Their charges are comparitive and reasonable. Thank you for the opportunity to share our observations. Our helper always arrives on time. She drives me to bank, Kroger's, etc. She always uses turn signals and never speeds. I like Senior Helpers because if you are not happy with a certain caregiver, they will find you another, better fit.
