I finally have a great group of helpers from Senior helpers. We sync pretty well together (as in work together for the same common goals) What I do not like is the AI computer that calls because it’s so impersonal. I would much rather talk to a human being. Just fyi Thank you

The staff is professional and caring. In the 10 years that my husband has been sick, (seven of which I have used agencies) Senior Helpers is the best agency I have experienced thus far. We have been with Senior Helpers for approximately 6 months and they are so much better than the previous agency that we were with. Prior to coming to Senior Helpers I spoke with Julie and expressed my desire to have a set group of CNAs coming to our home she felt that they were able to do that and I am pleased to say they have accomplished that with the hard work of their great scheduler, Ashlee. Ashlee has a hard job and she does it well, she is super! The CNAs who they send out like doing their job and like working for Senior Helpers. When people are treated well and are appreciated it shows in their work. One of their employees said that even if he went to a different state he would seek their agency out to work for them; that is how happy he is to work for Senior Helpers. When employees feel cared for it shows in their work and attitude. Senior Helpers, you are apparently doing something right, keep it up. Thank you for your service.

The caregiver goes above and beyond for my mother. The flexibility of scheduling and all the help with coordination of utilizing her long term health care insurance has been invaluable. Also there were no delays in getting the help lined up for my mother. Wonderful company and would recommend them to anyone.

Ladonna is wonderful! Your service is very flexible if we need to cancel or add another shift. There is always someone to answer the phone. Messages are always relayed to other staff members accurately.
