Scheduling staff at Senior Helpers always makes sure my brother has a weekly provider. His current provider is Brianna, and she is wonderful. Brianna always goes above and beyond when she works - emptying the dishwasher, cleaning my brother's room and bathroom, sweeping, making sure my brother showers, etc. She quickly established rapport with S and knows how to get past his grumpiness and refusals. He gets his shower weekly and looks great afterward. Brianna is a joy to have around!

The knowledge of having this service available when emergencies arise was brought to the forefront yesterday. Randy was so competent at keeping [FIRST NAME REMOVED] calm when my daughter had to take me to the emergency room after a fall yesterday. My other daughter lives two and a half hours away and Randy stayed with [FIRST NAME REMOVED] until she could get here. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] tends to get scared when I am gone for a long period of time and gets very agitated. Randy was able to distract him and keep him calm and get him dinner which was a blessing for me. My daughter told me when I got home that [FIRST NAME REMOVED] was doing very well when she arrived. Having Randy here to take care of [FIRST NAME REMOVED] while I was in the ER made the situation so much less stressful for me and my daughter while we were waiting to be seen. The ladies that have stayed with my husband and the light clean up but mostly how they interact with him. He has enjoyed their company since we don’t get a lot of company since his strokes now.
