Several things. The local office deals directly with clients as opposed to having to talk to a robot or representative hundreds or thousands of miles from here. The people who apply the products are the same ones each time so they know the property and their clients. They are accommodating and prompt, as well as knowledgeable and take the time to educate us about bugs. Finally, the costs are reasonable and we don’t have to sign up for a long term monthly agreement.
