Overall, the experience was positive and Chef Eileen did a good job sharing instructions. Here are some recommendations for future programming... -Share instructions both verbally and in writing for teams to reference which would align with various learning styles (auditory vs visual). -Give teams 10-15 mins to strategize prior to starting the one hour clock which would promote more team collaboration versus everyone quickly dividing up and doing their individual role. -Facilitate a short icebreaker to welcome everyone to UrbanChef and promote community building -- something related to the competition like kitchen trivia which would also help educate those with little to no kitchen experience. -Have teams come up with a team name to support more team building and infuse more creativity into the competition instead of team 1 and team 2. -Have name tags to place on the aprons for groups that may not know each other as well. -Have a quick debrief or reflection towards the end of the meal to gather real time feedback on the experience, the collaboration, and the creativity from the participants which would also help shape future UrbanChef programming. You could incorporate some gratitude shout outs where team members recognize others on their team for their creativity, collaboration, hard work, etc. This further reinforces the team building experience. Thanks again for the partnership and great communications leading up to the experience!

What a fun and memorable experience! Our team loved every minute of this cooking competition. Working together to create the best pasta sauce was a perfect mix of teamwork, creativity, and friendly competition. The professional kitchen setup made us feel like real chefs, with every tool and ingredient we could possibly need right at our fingertips. The appetizers, drinks, and sides were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and energetic. It was one of those rare events where everyone was fully engaged and having fun. We left with great memories and stronger team connections. We'd gladly come back and do it again!

We loved Urban Chef! You get to prepare almost your entire dish from chopping to mixing to assembling. Eileen was our chef and she was so fun to work with! We will be back!
