I am a longtime SportsClips customer and recently moved in town. It was my first time at this location and Madelyn welcomed me to the store. Madelyn said she was first available, offered me the comp upgrade to MVP (my usual) at Varsity price as a first time customer to the store. Madelyn did an excellent job with my hair and services.
