JM is a skilled stylist, she is friendly and makes a person feel comfortable... and she does 2 things that others dont, 1) she always trims my eyebrows, and 2) the BEST head massage on the face of the planet.i have an anxiety disorder and when touched by people, it feels like a million ants under my skin, but with JM, i am calm comfortable and relaxed.

Shaundra is fantastic! I first had my haircut by her back in 2015 and have followed her to different places and now to Tommy Guns. The reception service is great too. Warm and friendly and accommodating. I particularly lie the change to allowing to book a time for to get my haircut when phone in morning for an appointment time that day later in the afternoon rather than an hour or two before. This works so much better as msny times previously Id call a couple hours before I could come after work and Shaundra was already booked up and could not cut my hair that day.

Saundra is excellent. I never get a bad cut from her. She remembers the way I like it. She personalizes the experience by remembering details about me and my family. All in all a great experience.

Friendly efficient employees. The attendant was engaging, gave great recommendation based on my requests, was able to upsell and talks me through every step of the process, very knowledgeable. She was engaging and up on current events as well as social.
