Our barber was fantastic with our son, who has had negative experiences in the past. He explained everything so well, and managed to give my toddler a beautiful haircut, no tears!!!! Thank you so much, what a wonderful experience!

Haircut was great. There was too much massage and at the very end the Barber was hitting both of my shoulders and pushing on my upper spine although I believe she was trying to improve the visit. I think it was physically a little too much.

The first time I went to Tommy Gunn’s, I really liked the haircut. That was years ago, and have not gone anyway else since. Friendly and reasonable rates.

I apologize I forgot the young man’s name who cut my hair however he was very friendly, professional, and a really good at his job. Turns out that he is a friend of Teddy who cuts my hair in Kelowna. I appreciate having great barbers at home and when I spend six weeks in the fall when I go to Langley. Your company is a well run machine no wonder the staff seem happy. I had the best hair salon experience I’ve had since my trip to Japan!The service was excellent, everyone was so welcoming and professional, and I absolutely loved the result. Thank you for making the whole experience so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended! 🫶 chime

The staff were all friendly got greeted by everyone! Love how everyone made sure that I was comfortable offering me variety of drinks while I waited.. Michelle was amazing she gave me her advices and step by step what she was doing and my hair came out the I wanted it to turn on
