The barber was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent service without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated that she did not try to aggressively upsell products or services, which can sometimes make the experience uncomfortable. The front staff, however, could have been a little more welcoming, especially since I was a returning customer and had already checked in through the app. Overall, the experience was very good, and I was happy with the service provided by the barber.
