Pav was excellent—listened to exactly what I wanted and carried it out flawlessly. I loved the wash, head massage, and hot towels. These are great touches.

The front desk staff are always super friendly and welcoming. I've had multiple hair stylists at this location (Guildford) and they all did good work, but Marie especially always does such an amazing job. Not only does she make me look good, she is quick too.
