I could not find the code for my service area which is Austin, TX so I just listed it as National Account. However, I want to let you know that the Austin office was fantastic. Are water comes from a well and our RO system is essential. I had a leak in the RO system. The Austin office responded quickly and resolved the problem in an extremely short period of time. Thank you!

The customer focused deliver person! Thomas always calls right before he arrives. Is super pilot. He even brought by garbage pails to the house. Always so pleasant!

As a kid growing up I remember the old commercial Hey Culligan I grew up poor in a housing Project on the westside of Phoenix where the Culligan Man truck would drive thru our neighborhood, he would delivery the water to the houses that could afford to buy the water. just a childhood memory I wanted to share. God is Good, So now I have the Culligan Man Truck coming to my house to deliver water. I like the water and the service, the staff is really nice when i call the office. I have a great water delivery man name Zachary very pleasant young man and professional. He doesn't mind helping out Seniors.

Our company's devotion to Culligan is almost 100% due to the exceptional customer service that Michael Neshiem has provided for many many years, on all of our various projects all over the western US. While Culligan's products/services are very fine, if he was not in the equation, I am certain that we would be very open to any other water services company.
