The front desk staff was amazing and honored a gift card that was no longer going to be accepted at other sites. They booked me in as soon as they could, and they were very friendly and helpful! The masseuse was awesome as well! She actually massaged me for a full hour, not cutting me off 5-10 minutes early to let me dress. I appreciated that so much! She also listened carefully and focused on the areas I needed help. She was great!

Where do I even start? The ladies at the front desk were so friendly, welcoming, and engaging. And Lisa was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. The entire experience was wonderful, and I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of the whole time. I highly recommended!!

Personnel are very kind, professional and accommodating. I’m treated as a person of value and not ever made to feel like just as a customer. I’ve referred several friends and family members. Each have their enjoyed the experience. There are several locations and other providers closer to my residence, but the location at happy valley and i17 always has an amazing staff. I don’t mind driving the extra mile for that location.

Great massage again this week. Definitely felt refreshed and relaxed. Always look forward to my session since I’ve had back and hip surgery in the past. Coming in regularly helps keep away a lot of the stiffness and aches. Can always count on a great visit. Staff is always so welcoming when I get there. Environment is clean and upbeat. Massage by Nessa is top notch all the time. Just the right touch and flow to keep away the aches and pains. Thanks to all for such a great experience.
