Elements Massage always exceeds my expectation, whether it is for a massage or facial. I had the best, hands down massage last evening that left me relaxed for the weekend. 10/10 would recommend.

From the moment you walk through the door everyone is so nice and friendly. Christina is a fantastic therapist and really listens to what issues you’re having and can really tailor the massage to what you need worked on.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Excellent masseuse who listens to what I need , particularly around old injuries. I feel looser and lighter after each session. Regular sessions allow my body to hold onto that feeling up to the day or two before my next appointment. Very clean facility. And so peaceful.

I have chronic pain, tension, and old injuries that didn't heal right, Frederick really listens, pays attention and it's easier to move after getting a massage. My husband also says it's the best massage he has had and we have been to several places.

Christina gave a terrific therapeutic massage. Prior to the massage, Christinas went over my concerns any questions i may have had. She searched out the areas that needed attended too and took care of them. I recommend Christina to anyone needing a fantastic massage and I look forward to my future bookings with her

I have absolutely enjoyed the experience coming there and reducing stress and pain! Your people are amazing and I would highly recommend it to anybody! I had never gotten a massage before in my life and wow, I have been missing out! I have a monthly membership that I can’t live without! I also need a surgery that requires a modality such as Physical Therapy, chiropractor, or massage be tried first. I had no idea of this when I started this wonderful experience! I look forward to coming to Elements and it is my new must have!

I am so grateful to Ian for his expertise. My shoulder is completely healed. I thought I would be dealing with the pain and limited mobility for months but Ian was able to fix my shoulder in one session. I will tell my friends to see Ian as issues arrive or just to feel better.

Noelle is truly the best! We have followed her to every location she has worked because she is just that good. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and always makes you feel like you’re in the best hands. She is knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly attentive. I can’t recommend Noelle enough!
