The shirs I ordered are perfect. The coloring is fantastic. The lines on the design came out exactly the way I wanted them to. The order was running a little bit late and the owner actually hand delivered the shirts to my house so that I could have them by the deadline. So that I could take them overseas with me.

My daughter wanted a last minute customer shirt for her birthday. I went to Big Frog based on the good reviews, and I can see why they are highly rated. The customer service was excellent. Chris did an excellent job explaining what the colors on the t-shirt would look like, so I have a good idea on what to expect. He was also thorough talking through the t-shirt quality. I didn't provide them with the best graphics, but Jenny was able to clean up my art work and the shirt turned out perfect. The best part is, I got my shirt within one hour. My daughter was super pleased, so I appreciate Big Frog for their help in making my daughter's birthday one of the best days ever!

Jenny and Naomi were very helpful throughout the process. I was part of an AI project team for work and we had the t-shirts made to wear & give away during our presentation. I intended on picking up the t-shirts, but I got covid. They kindly sent the t-shirts to New Orleans as I was afraid I wouldn't make the trip due to Covid. Another team member (can't remember her name) packaged up the t-shirt set aside for me so I could pick it up without going inside the store. The judges for the AI contest loved our shirts! Thanks so much for all of your help!

Big Frog was amazing to work with! They did a great job with our shirts. We used them for a large order (500 shirts of kids and adult sizes) and they were able to get them done with a quick turn around. People LOVED our shirts too! Looking forward to working with them again.
