John at the Joondalup store cuts hair very well and comes across as genuine. Got to know him well. Staff are very good. Polite and friendly. But the app is awful and needs revamping!!

Super friendly and accommodating over the phone. No wait time when we arrived. Kevin was very nice and was happy to listen to my request regarding my son's haircut. He did a fantastic job and took great care and detail on the cut. We are all vety impressed with the time he took and the end result. Will be asking for him in future.
