My barber was very funny and I loved the questions he asked about my hair instead of just following a simple single prompt.

Great service! My 6 year old son and I both had our hair cut. I returned with my son the following day to take a little more off as I felt it was just a little bit too long. This was no problem for the bookings person who promptly organised a quick adjustment with the next available barber. We waited less than 10 mins. The barber happily cut my son's hair at no extra charge and kept my son in the chair to check that I was satisfied before cleaning him up. Very much appreciated guys. Great service!

My son is three and sometimes is okay and sometimes reluctant but the barber made him feel really comfortable and the haircut looks so good!

Was amazing to see some new faces here I don’t usually come to Tommy guns much as I’m bawled so I like to come now and then to treat myself to a head shave and beard trim. I arrived yesterday to a lovely girl behind the counter she was very welcoming and helped me check in and explained they will contact me when ready. Next was welcomed by a barber from Italy I think it was Francesco his name was correct me if I’m wrong I do apologise if I got name wrong. He explained his background and how long he has been barbering at young age was nice to hear some love and passion behind his story. He did such an amazing job with the shave and my beard trim that I even texted my wife on how amazing it was. (Even a bonus I had a 30% code I got texted through the week to use) winning! Thank you for a great experience Jayden and crew.

Had a fantastic experience at Tommy Gun’s Pacific Fair. The team was professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. The bro gave me a great cut, I was coming in to get my hair tided up for my wedding day and he made it look awesome. It even passed the test with my future wife and she’s hard to please!
