One of the best, if not the best hospital experiences I have had. The staff, no matter their position; from Dr to nurse,to aide, to nutrition or cleaning were efficient, caring, and pleasant. The fast response to my care was amazing. The test results turn-around time were as well. Everybody appeared well coordinated with other care givers as well. It builds confidence. As a retired quality engineer, I was impressed by seeing visible goals and progress posted. The patient portal is also the best one I have used of any health care organization.
