The check in smiling welcome at 9 am, it's rate in the medical field, they didn't destroy trees that now out line the parking lot, clean air smell in lobby and open space in observation room, not a cubicle size room for patient doctor, nurse and assisting patient person. Doc Cook was attentive and answered questions. I feel care will be in good follow up hands.

Upon arrival, Andrea was very welcoming and friendly. I appreciated that as I did not know what to expect. I was then assisted at my appointment time and did not have to wait. Samuel was also very welcoming and helpful. He assisted me with the heart monitor and explained the process. the appointment ran very smoothly.

Nurses were friendly and efficient. Primary nurse Tamara was especially good. Dr Patel made a great first impression, and explained several possible scenarios and potential treatment options. Entire crew in operating area were professional and efficient, explaining everything they were doing and what I should expect to feel. Dr Patel and the entire team made a stressful experience a little better and easier.
