Not sure if this is about my recent adoption or my recent online inquiry that I did receive a phone call back today, the same day in which I inquired with a question. I liked everything with my recent adoption.I do wish I would have had a proud t-shirt to wear versus just my donation.I love advocating for the animals! Everyone there was delightful to talk to and helpful with the whole check-in process,explanations,adoption,meets,and Mack,behavior specialist,was extremely helpful with helping me pick out peanut butter based on my dog Turner's history. And if it's about my online question for the medical Services I appreciated that they got right back to me in a decent amount of time today.

They were very knowledgeable. It was obvious they really cared about matching the dog to their prospective owner which I think is great, the poor animals have been thru enough. The staff was GREAT and you guys have a REALLY NICE operation down there.thank you for Buddy, he is acclimating well and has been a joy to have around.

I left with the best kitten. She is super friendly and playful. She wasn’t scared at all and immediately warmed up to my boyfriend and I. I have a great copy of her med records that I am bringing to her complimentary visit at Wellington Animal Hospital. I was surprised by her being $160. I thought the total cost was going to be about $60 based on what I was told in an email, but that may have just been for any shots she got before I picked her up. The best $160 I ever spent.
