They accepted us as a new patient, and we didn't have to wait months or even weeks to schedule. They were on time and very pleasant to our dog, knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed so they could move on to the next patient. Overall, a great experience.

I called for my dog on a Friday he was scheduled in for the following Monday. They understand financial struggles and worked with me the entire time. Gave me great advice on care my dog needed, even issues I wasn’t aware about. Staff was patient and attentive, if it wasn’t for the support and understanding of the SPCA my dog would still be struggling. Thank you to the staff and to Doctor Sam Buteux for your service! If/when my dog needs any future care I absolutely will bring him back.

It was wonderful service. MonaLisas was treated so nicely and given a complete exam with needed shots. Sarah the vet was great with my pup!! The tech was nice too. The girl at the front deck was kind and efficient. It was a totally positive experience!!

Front desk personal is the face of every SPCA and the reception staff at the Georgetown SPCA location is no exception! Always greeted by a warm, sincere smile even if the waiting room is full. The technicians are always kind to my cats and treat them like the family they are to me. I always bring a dozen Dunkin Donuts for the staff everytime I bring my cats in for their monthly nail trim. I try to donate when I can to such a worth organization. I wish I could do more!
