Our move team was excellent. Like a well oiled machine. Attentive to our needs and very careful with the handling of our precious possessions. We requested the same team for the unloading and QMM was able to schedule most of the team for us. They also moved my son’s house and he was very pleased with the performance. Great moving company! From the sales process through the delivery we were kept well informed. All events happened on schedule. We appreciated the professionalism from everyone we met along the way. Our goods arrived in perfect condition. The driver went out of his way to deliver our goods to our door vs using a shuttle. We really appreciated not having to move our goods twice to get them into our cul de sac. A great experience overall. I would use them again for sure and recommend them anyone with a cross-country to USA to Canada move.

What a great experience from everyone I encountered at QMM! From Roland who helped with the quote, Lorraine who coordinated everything and who checked in often, Mike the driver whom I spoke with as he neared the destination and especially the two men who came to pack (they were quick, friendly and professional) Great, seamless and stress free. Generally it was a good move - only one broken item but missing small things and the boxes were not labelled correctly - for example one china box said glassware but there were only 2 glasses in the top and the rest was pots, pans and baking items so it was difficult to find the things I needed right away.

The staff knew the what they're doing for the process and quote was accurate with regards to weight and cost. Things went as stress free on the overall as possible.
