I have been going to Sports Clips for several years. Its always a different stylist. It is always an acceptable cut. Today it was exceptionally great. My stylist was Bethany. It was at the Balwin location. A professional cut, upbeat personality the added face massage with the hot towel put it over the top. I will be back. Please keep this stylist.

Gracie at this location is awesome! I've been coming to her with my unique requests for a hairstyle and she takes her time to understand what I'm asking for and is very enthusiastic to give it a shot. She's nailed my haircut everytime and I don't let anyone else cut my hair anymore. Truly the best stylist in the area, always coming back.

I love the personalized service and very welcoming stylists. The stylist that cut my hair, Sarah, did everything to make me comfortable and at ease during the cut (I tend to get really uncomfortable with anything with a blade around my head) as well as the post cut services as part of the Ultimate MVP service. The massages for the neck and upper back were amazing to get me loose again. The hair looks great and I felt great afterwards, and this comes from someone who avoids getting hair cuts as much as possible. Thanks Sarah!

The staff is friendly and professional. I have a good rapport with a stylist whom I regularly request when adding myself to the queue. I trust her opinion, and we have improved my style over the years. The app is easy to use, and I can see who is working and how long the wait is. The store is always clean. I enjoy the shampoo and hot towel each time I visit. Sam is the best.
