Hello, First of all, my husband and I like the promptness of the young ladies. They acknowledge both of us in a very friendly manner. They speak loudly and clearly to my husband as it is needed. The ladies are very outgoing and gladly share personal details to better acquaint themselves to us. We spend the first few minutes of their visit getting comfortable with other. The girls walk with him and will soon do some chair exercises with my husband. They are very attentive and seem to enjoy doing puzzles with him. Overall, we are quite pleased with Mimi and Desi, and we hope they can remain in service to us for as long as needed. My helper, Becky, is my favorite. I don’t have to tell her what to do all the time, she sees what needs to be done and do it. She reminds me of my mother. She doesn’t make washing me seem awkward. I was so comfortable with her then she was taken from me, right when I’m about to have the biggest surgery of my life!! The new girl is doing her best, I’ll have to remember she’s not Becky. I can say Mia does everything I ask of her.
