I love that this is a low-pressure rec league that allows kids to try different sports and actually have the opportunity to enjoy it! They don’t have to choose a sport at age 4 and commit countless hours to it, take private lessons because everyone else is, or pay for a travel team because it’s expected. I also appreciate having many age groups, all the way up to high school. And the dad-coaches are so encouraging! It’s also refreshing that it’s moderately priced.
We love everything about the i9 programs. The registration process, the location, the coaches, the weekly communication, the referees and staff. The families we have had the pleasure of playing with over the past 3 years and the summer camp. The owner is a wonderful motivator for the players and is a great supporter during the games. Everything about this organization is top notch. Highly recommend
I like that staff is very dedicated to training the kids. Even the only Ted(the owner) is hands on there’s never a week where you don’t see him on a field on a court teaching kids all different aspects of the game.
Also it just an easy way for parents to have there kids in sports without the mid week practices and every kids get to play no matter what skill level.
I have coached i9 kids numerous times and it was amazing experience.
I like the fact that it is every kid a chance to play and give kids the freedom to be the kids and also learn a sport and it’s geared more towards the kids and it is geared towards who wins what
Local. Staff employee stepped in to coach since our team did not have a parent volunteer. Said staff member was very knowledgeable and kind to the kids.
The Mentoring and teaching skills that has been given to our both our Sons have been wonderful, because of this, and the confidence that Coach Brian, Coach Bruno and the other staff that has given our boys, particularly our 12 year old who has not ever really been very athletic now is asking us on his own to go and practice. He is also asking to go outside and just overall be more active. This makes my heart smile for him and our family and is so healthy for his mind, body and spirit in so many ways. Thankyou i9 Sports!
That the kids are split into small groups and different skills are practiced in those groups. I wish there was more time to scrimmage at the end of practices.
Love that both practices and games are on Saturdays
The clean language (by parents, coaches, and players) and good sportsmanship. Hard to find programs with good values like this one has!
The fact that it’s not super competitive is great! Sports is fun but it’s not our life. This gives our family a chance to play without having to devote our lives to practices and travel for games!
Length of practice and games is perfect.
The fields are super nice!
Lots of positive energy and parent participation. It's always an uplifting experience to be on the fields with I-9 staff, coaches, volunteers and players with their families.
Low stress and time commitment, which allows my kids to participate in Other activities, but still get to try out and play different ones here. I like the focus on having fun so they can enjoy themselves and not have to worry about being the best.
