Love the school. My granddaughter has gone there for several years. The only the child does not move up very fast. Mine is a silly girl and does not get serious. She is a gifted swimmer but when at class she loves to clown around.

He Absolutely loves Brooklyn, Soyame, and Winona. Sated comfort had improved incredibly since joining bak in June.

I like Aquatots because scheduling and working with you guys is an extremely good experience. I like the front office, who are always polite. I also like your policy of makeup classes and your flexibility with class rescheduling. These are really great things that made us come back to Aqua Tots. However, it felt like our son was stuck at level 3 for such a long time. It made us feel that no progress was being made. If level 3 is such a long step, probably it should be split into two levels. Upgrading to next level gives more confidence to the kids and reassurance to the parents. There is definitely improvement in his skill level, but the progress report was not reflecting that. I feel that some trainers did not do a good job of filling up the progress report. That's why we were stuck in level 3 for a long time. Either it should be split in two levels or the progress report should be updated consistently to reflect the actual skill progress.

The staff and coaches are so wonderful and caring. My child has become a much more confident swimmer thanks to the coaches. The facility and pools are so clean and well kept. Staff are also so helpful and flexible in trying to ensure we get into class time slots that work with our schedule.

My daughter has already progressed a lot in just a few sessions. Sad to see her original coach leave. We did not care for Brooklyn at this last session

Britni, Michelle, and Winona are awesome! They really care about the kids and seeing them progress! My daughter only wanted to swim with Britni for months because she was so good with her! When my daughter finally transitioned into an older class, she was scared. Winona was not in the pool that lesson, but jumped in with my daughter anyway so she would stop crying! We would definitely recommend them!

My daughter has learned more in the months she’s been in classes than she ever did at another swim lesson location. I truly appreciate that all teachers are trained the same way so they are all consistent in how they work with the students.

Coach Raven makes swim lessons fun, inviting and safe for all ages! The routine of the class helps students of all ages to know what to expect and be able to follow along. At the end of class, the feedback is super helpful to know what to keep working on.

Great and helpful during enrollment process ans we have the best coach who is great with our kids. Britni is great with my toddler who loves swimming but can be a wild child who is full of energy and she's also great with my sweet boy who's tends to be more calm but is very nervous in the pool.
