The uptime has been great, only one or two very slight disruptions. Speeds are always close to advertised levels. Customer service has always been easy to get on the phone. All around, United delivers what it says and the staff are great to work with. -- We've used several national providers and it always feels like we're unimportant and at their mercy. It's impossible to connect with anyone who seems to actually care about service. United is different, please don't loose that distinction!
