Murray took time to answer all our questions and provide the insights valuable for first time cottage owners. He even did a video call with us as we were not able to attend the inspection. He was easy to reach and very accommodating when booking the appointment.

Murry was flexible, professional and thorough in his inspection. Due to his method of recording issues (including photo/video) while he was undergoing the inspection process, we were able to get a PDF report online almost immediately.

I had a fantastic experience with Murray during my home inspection. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated the time he took to walk me through everything he found. Having someone who could clearly explain the condition of the home and point out things I might have otherwise missed was extremely valuable. Murray was patient with all of my questions, never rushed the inspection, and gave me honest and practical advice throughout the process. I felt much more confident about making an informed decision after the inspection. Murray genuinely went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Murray was very accommodating when it came to scheduling. During the inspection, he was patient, approachable, and took the time to explain what he was seeing throughout the process. As first-time cottage owners, we didn't know what to look for, so his explanations and perspective - including practical, easy-fix solutions where appropriate, were extremely helpful. The final PDF report was thorough and well organized, with detailed descriptions supported by clear photos of the property's condition. It also included helpful reference images showing what the ideal condition should look like, making the findings easy to understand.
