Patrick is very knowledgable and thorough when he does inspections. He takes time to explain what each major finding means and what the options are.

Patrick was very thorough. He pointed out issues and suggested ways to fix them. He also let me know what weren't problems. It's nice to have a complete written report, too, that I can refer to.

I questioned whether I needed an inspector for a new construction but it was the best decision I made to hire Patrick. He found many things that were not completed or were done wrong. He was very thorough and stands by his work. I am very pleased with his service and it was well worth the cost.
