I'm a long-term customer, from back in the Sunoco days, and I like that your office staff works well with me when we're in contact over a new contract, or when we're running low on propane. We've had several different drivers over the years and they have each been service-oriented, courteous and friendly. I asked your office to update our degree-day profile early this heating season, they did it, and we didn't run low on propane again this season. I think there is value in having a long relationship with a provider when they return the loyalty.

Terrific customer service reps. Very good annual contracts available. I like that I can fill my tank in the late summer and pre-purchase the number of gallons of propane that I think I will need for the upcoming season at a competitive price. The Delivery drivers do a good job filling the tank and leaving the delivery slip at our front door.
