We love it! I do wish there was a place to put my baby while I change in and out of my swim suit. She’s way too squirmy for a changing table, so it’s tricky to come to swim lessons with one adult instead of two if I’m coming during the week. It’d be nice if there were little seats or something (maybe like the Summer/Bright Starts foldable chairs with a strap and tray) you could check out from the main desk or something for babies whose parents also have to change for swim lessons.

Love coach Jen - she is a rockstar. I’m happy with the time slot selections for my little one. Also love the ease of the app to reschedule classes when needed. Deducted one point for Coach Jon. Had about 3 lessons with him when Jen is out or a reschedule I had to do. He is so monotone and non expressive that it makes it seem like he doesn’t want to be there. Maybe it’s just the level 1 tadpole class is not his vibe, I’m not sure. If my trial swim lesson was with Jon though I would not have signed up here. He gives that bad of an impression unfortunately.

We’ve had a great experience at Aqua-Tots! The coaches are always so patient, kind, and encouraging with the kids, and they make the classes fun while helping them learn and feel comfortable in the water. The front desk ladies are also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time we come in. We really appreciate how caring and professional everyone is. Highly recommend!

The coaches all do a wonderful job with the kids. My daughter has made incredible improvements in the past month, and the coaches handled her well whenever she was scared or uncomfortable.

Coach Jen is great! All instructors and front desk personnel have been so kind and the facilities are well stocked. Both of my kids love it!

Instructor Mara, who has been amazing with my baby, keeping her comfortable while appropriately challenging her to new experiences. My daughter shows noticeable relaxation with her instructor, which I can assure she does not show with just anyone. I wanted my daughter introduced to water safety young and I'm definitely happy we gave aquatots a try.

Great instructors and facilities. Check in desk needs to be willing to check people in instead of referring parents to the app to check in when they are carrying kids and bags.
