Lessons follow a clear, proven progression (from survival skills to stroke development) with small class sizes. My kids likes their instructors they have patience with the kids . I like that they have individual changing rooms, blow-dry stations, viewing areas with glass walls, and easy online scheduling/make-up lesson policies make logistics hassle-free for parents.

The instructors are always on time, they are positive, they are patient, they redirect as needed, and they build a love for the water. I also highly appreciate the end of practice short conversation about student progress.

I chose a 9 because I always proudly recommend Aqua tots swim school. However, I can’t put a 10 because of the feedback on lessons. The in-person feedback is fine. A quick glow and grow comment and then move on to the next student. Completely understandable that an instructor can’t spend too much time talking to the parent- so that’s where the progress reports on apps play their role- but after 2 lessons with no progress, we get a little discouraged…. There needs to be more consistency on the progress in the app. This isn’t the first time we experience that. More promotion opportunities on the enrollment package price would be appreciated as well- repeat customers, seasonal rates, bonus referrals, siblings. That’s always a plus!
