The wide range and variety of time slots for swim sessions, great swim instructors with constructive and positive feedback, and if you need to cancel, a make up day is issued. All around, my son looks forward to his swim lessons and it’s a wonderful environment to learn how to be safe but making it fun and simple!!

I like the progress system they use and, overall, most of the instructors are very empathetic and patient with the children. It’s clear they make an effort to create a positive environment where kids can learn and build confidence in the water. I’m not giving a higher rating because, although I understand there is constant staff rotation, sometimes new instructors do not seem fully prepared to be left alone in charge of a group yet. In addition, I have noticed areas of the facilities that could use better cleaning and maintenance, especially the bathrooms.

My daughter have tried another company for 3 months before she joined Aquatots and she was terrified of putting her face in the water.Now after 1 month at aqua tots she not only does she put her head in she does it for fun. Thank you.
