The staff is friendly, the teachers are attentive, and we enjoy seeing the kids learn to swim.

We really appreciate having our son learn at this school. He has gained confidence in the water and has made steady progress. Considering his age and that he attends twice a week, we understand that progress takes time, and we are very happy to see how far he has come. The only suggestion I would make is to increase the amount of time students spend actively in the water during lessons. I recognize and appreciate the instructors’ positive words, encouragement, and guidance with the children, cause I love when I see my son’s enthusiasm in his face when that happens, so I see this more as an area of awareness for the future rather than a criticism. Overall, we are very pleased with his experience and appreciate the instructors’ efforts in helping him build confidence and develop his skills.

We were greeted right away on our first visit, and one of the front desk team talked with my son about the class and made sure he felt so comfortable. It was an extra touch on top of a quality class that made the day wonderful.

Decently clean facilities, staff is 99% friendly and in a good mood all the time, knowledgeable about water safety for sure, and we don’t feel rushed in and out of classes/the facilities - which is essential with a toddler.

We are very pleased with our kids’ progress, the coaches are wonderful, the location is convenient, the small class size is perfect, and our kids have fun! Only “wishes” would be the option for an hour-long class and the ability to reschedule more than a week in advance. But overall, we are so happy with the program and have recommended it to others!
