Service has been great, but puzzled by a "Sorry We Missed You" on our door for 9/21/26 at 11:36 AM. We were home, and we had access to the water softener unlocked, so we are not sure if it was serviced or if the delivery person thought we were not home so left the tag on the door.

Delivery is very fast, and simple. The Delivery guys are very nice, when the deliver and we are outside they are friendly.
