We were welcomed yesterday (10/18/26) at the Allentown Trek store on Airport Road with a smile and quick “how can we help you”? We were able to test ride a bike (and purchase) while making sure it was a good fit for my son. Top-notch service every time. We are never disappointed and that is why we keep coming back!

I stopped in on Airport Rd to try and find a match for my Jasion Thunder Pro brake pads, the assistance was great, I installed the brake pads in just a couple of minutes and the brakes on my bike are not only quiet for the first time, but so much more efficient than they were brand new and stop on a dime as the saying goes. I’m was convinced right away that this Trek shop only carried quality products, thanks guys.

You stand behind your products and service. You went above and beyond helping me out with a new bike when my prior trek was struck by a car. While Trek had nothing to do with that accident you gave me a substantial discount to purchase the latest version of the same bike. This is why I continue to purchase Trek for all my biking needs.
