On my first trip into the store, I liked the welcoming atmosphere and the variety of bikes available. My initial contact, Jim, listened to my needs for a bike and quickly led me to one that was well suited to these needs. On my second time in, I was accompanied by my daughter and son-in-law who know a lot more about bikes that I do. The agent at that time was Dylan. He also responded to my needs and worked with us to see that the selected bike was right for my needs. He made the desired adjustments/additions to the bike I selected and explained about follow up and maintenance visits. I am very satisfied with my dealings with the store.
