Well, I brought my bike in because my bike wasn't shifting very well. I assumed I was just dropping the bike off and picking it up later in the week. However, your service department took it in the back and fixed it pretty quickly (new shifter cable). So not being without my bike was a huge win. Thank you!

We had the best experience buying a bike with the help of Ethan. We were in twice and worked with him both times. He was so incredibly helpful- helping us pick the perfect bike and size for our son. He helped us get an awesome helmet and all of the accessories we needed to make his bike perfect for him. Ethan also helped suggest some paths and groups to look into for mountain biking. Ethan made a Trek buyer out of our family from our experience with him alone.
