The staff were very helpful in orienting me to my new checkpoint+ gravel bike. It’s been a while since I’ve ridden a bicycle and they were very understanding and detailed oriented. They answered every question that I have and made it clear that as more surface they would be available. I highly recommend this shop.

Had drivetrain issues on my bike so I took it in to be looked at. They inspected the bike on the stand and showed me the issue. The chain was not fully broken but was causing it to shift erratically. They were able to replace the chain right then and there.

The folks at Trek/Spring House PA are friendly and very helpful. Their knowledge of the products they sell and the other bike products is excellent. We dropped of two bikes, a Trek and a Jamis bike. Both had maintenance work, tune-ups and they were cleaned and returned to us like new. This is now our Bike Shop!
