Staff worked hard to get me what I wanted (other trek store in cda, id did not find the bike I wanted). Scott in kennewick did. Scott, Jen, & the bike mechanic [did not get his name] were all super responsive and helpful with information. I drove 2.5 hours each way to work with them because they took time to understand what I wanted.

Jenn was awesome. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. She gave me great information and walked me through different options for lights, helmets, etc. The bike is amazing (Marlin 5). I had my first ride today and loved every second of it.

I appreciate the service you give your customers. You noted that my chain had stretched beyond acceptable limits and that the teeth on my chain ring were worn and that it needed to be replaced. I wouldn't have caught these defects myself.
