George was able to replace my front tire’s inner tube after my 5’clock phone call asking if he could deliver same day service before they closed at 6:00 pm. When I arrived he took my bike right to his work area, checked my tire and rim for any damage, and replaced my inner tube. He was very personable, and I feel he gave me great customer service!

Trek has always been a great source for cycling gear and for their quick service on bike repairs. We always enjoy going to Trek for their quick service and enjoyable guys who work there. Always nice to talk too and get ideas about alternatives for repairs.

My wife and I started riding Trek bikes in 2017. We have found them the most durable and comfortable bikes that we have ever ridden. The Trek Lancaster shop is always well stocked and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We are older riders and don’t look like your typical cyclist, but we are never ‘talked down to’ which is much appreciated. I highly recommend Trek and the Lancaster shop.
