Not so much the products and services, it is the people who work there. They go out of their way to welcome you and make you feel like you belong there. It is a comfortable place to go to while shopping for bike stuff. They are knowledgeable and eager to get you on a bike out there somewhere.

Felt like it was good value on the bike. The kids trade-in program is good, but it really made the difference was Dave at Maple Ridge Trek. The guy is an absolute beauty, super knowledgable and friendly, and after having gone through the bike selection process and having been able to ask and have my questions so personally thoroughly and usefully answered that's the only place I wanna go. The other staff was excellent too great culture.

Great and Excellent Service. All their staffs were knowledgeable and helpful. Dave helped me and shared some suggestions for the crunk change and clothing. No long wait. Highly recommended this shop for bike related shopping and services!!!!

Great service from the team at Trek Maple Ridge! Dana and the team were awesome. They provided helpful, friendly and timely service when I was in a crunch to get my brakes and gears sorted out before an Adventure Race. They got everything dialed in perfectly, and the bike performed flawlessly during the race. Really appreciate the great service and going the extra mile to get me back on the trails!
