Customer Service is such a lost art in so many businesses these days. If this is important to you as a consumer, a fan of cycling and a healthy way of living, then Trek Newark is the only place to shop. The attention to detail, the focus to get it right for the customer, all apparent from the moment I walked in the door. Daniel was outstanding and the other members of the shop were very supportive, I was very pleased and will be using Trek Newark for all my cycling needs going forward.

Dan and his team at Trek in Newark were unbelievable! I had never been in the Trek location until showing up to discuss the bicycles I purchased online. Turns out the bikes were the wrong size for me and my child. We swapped sizes for me and swapped bikes for my child. He walked me through canceling my online order. He set us up with PPE, got us on the trek app, made sure our bikes were built. Set me up with an ideal bike rack for my vehicle based on my needs. The entire staff at Trek Neward were eager to please, professional, knowledgeable. Thank you!

2nd bike I have bought there. Always knowledgeable staff. Spent time and made sure I picked the bike I would be happy with. Not pushy and listened to my feedback on bikes I trialed. They have a nice paved trail close to trial bikes.

I'm one of those guys that lets things go until they scream for help. Well, finally the totally bald tire in the rear went flat [thankfully overnight in the garage], so I went in and got a patch kit. Managed to get that done, and was putting it back on with one of the old tires I had in when I noticed how the sidewalls were sort of coming apart. Back I went to get replacement, and spring for a new tube too. So I went in to Trek 2x. On both visits the staff was friendly and helpful, with minimum waits, and the prices for the kit, tube and tire were totally in line with what the web said. Good experience.

I like the bike selection, the knowledge and customer friendliness of the sales team (especially Dan and Ben)! I also like the expertise and timeliness of the service/repair team, especially John. I especially love my new carbon road bike! Thanks for all the test rides! Glen
