We asked Trek Coquitlam to help install Adult Stabilizer Wheels to my wife's Electric Bike. The product came from the Netherlands. Although they had never done this the staff were willing to take on the challenge and successfully achieved the installation with creative thinking and perseverance for a reasonable price.

I purchase a Trek Powerfly FS4 in April 2021 and since that time have had all the servicing of this ebike completed by Trek Bicycle Port Coquitlam. I am very impressed the this ebike was integral in getting an out of shape 60 plus, former cyclist, back on his bike. I have now done over 5,000 km and really enjoy getting out on my eBike, which has performed very well. The principal reason I return to Trek Poco for servicing is their excellent customer relations. They listen to my problem and get the job done quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending their products and, particularly, their customer service.

I needed a new bike helmet. A staff member made some suggestions and helped me get started, then gave me some space so I could keep the helmet on for a few minutes to check for comfort. It turned out the second helmet I tried on was perfect. A very pleasant shopping experience.
