Whitney hohl was the best when I came in to buy a bike, she had so much information to give me about the bikes and I gave her a description of what I like and she got me with a madone. The best purchase of my life, I love the bike!

First, the staff is excellent and Swanny in particular is friendly and is very helpful in customer service. Second, the speed in which my bike was serviced as it was done 3 days ahead of the estimated time the work would have been finished.

We brought my Domane e-bike in for the dreaded “clicking sound”. We were greeted upon entering the store and were taken care of immediately. The gentleman who checked my bike in was friendly and efficient. He explained that there were many bikes in the repair shop but that he would let me know the next day what the status was. He listened to our explanation of what I heard while riding. My husband shared that we hoped we’d have the bike back by the weekend. My bike was ready for pick up the following day and the clicking sound is gone! Thank you very much for the excellent and friendly service we received.

My first experience, and continued interactions with Trek Pottstown have been nothing short of spectacular. My original reasoning for going in was because my family has recently gotten into riding together on the schuylkill river and perkiomen trails. I have an 80s road bike that needed some work so I brought it in for service. While dropping my bike off, i decided to take a look around. I was approached by Whitney and we began talking about my current situation. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I explained to her about what my family was looking to do, and limitations I was feeling while on my current bike. With all the information I gave her, she showed me many different options and the differences between each model. She gave me all the info, and ultimately left the decision up to me. I can't stress enough how important that was to me. I didnt feel pushed or pressured in any way! With her guidance, we ultimately decided on the Marlin 6 as a nice cross over between my current road bike, and family's mountain bikes. I needed an XL size and was originally a little bummed because none were in stock and I could have had to wait until December. She found one at a some what local store that could be transferred and PERSONALLY went herself to pick it up! Then she helped me overcome the nuisance of putting 3 bicycles in the back of a Chevy Tahoe by taking the same care with recommending a suitable bike rack that fit my needs and budget. I ultimately got my bike, rack, and a bunch of accessories and absolutely love it, almost as much as I've loved the experience at trek pottstown. In fact, she has been so great that I went back with my wife today, and I purchased her the same bike in her size! It will be ready for pick up after Whitney, yet again, goes and picks it up for us from another state! All so we can still get some riding in this season, Incredible! I'm so appreciative of this experience with her and her commitment to providing quite possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had! I found out on today's visit that she is actually the manager of this location. Every service person I've encountered or any of the employees for that matter seem to really enjoy not just what they're doing for work, but the team of employees they're working with. I can only imagine it is because of the type of leader she is! I think my experience in it self says a lot about the type of shop she's running here. I came in for a $150 bike service, and have since unexpectedly spent over $3,000, all while having a huge smile on my face! She has made lifelong loyal customers of my family and I, all because of the knowledge, care, and level of customer service she has provided, which is becoming extremely rare in today's world!! Can't thank you enough Whitney, and the team at Trek Pottstown!!!
