The shop did a good job communicating with me about my bike and what it needed for a tuneup. There was a small hiccup in ordering my replacement crankset, but it was quickly ironed out. Service was prompt and polite, communications were good and my bike was returned to me on the date promised, well-tuned and ready to ride.

I'm super happy with Trek bikes and employees at your stores. And I say this as someone who is not at all into biking. For example we don't have any adult bikes in our family. The only bicycle we have is a 24 inch bike for my son. I have had really great purchasing experience at your Issaquah, WA store. I went there subsequently for purchasing a bell and then for repairing a flat. Then yesterday I went to your Redmond, WA store for repairing another flat. I have friends who ride STP every year, and I often get overwhelmed by their advance bike speak. But for someone who is not much familiar with bikes, your employees make the whole experience delightful and make the biking culture accessible to me. I want to cheer Trek on for converting non-bicyclist like me into a potential future cyclist.

I found them online, stopped in with four bike tires that needed tubes and two that needed new tread. I expected to drop them off needing to come back at a later date to pick them up only to find that they were willing to do them while I waited right then. They were friendly, quick, and the work was great. I would certainly go back for any of my bike needs in the future and recommend them to others.

When I called yesterday, you had the product I needed - a comfortable/soft bicycle seat for my vintage hybrid (backcountry/road) bike. I recommend that this store also carry Clic brand sunglasses, as these are ideal under a bicycle helmet.

Repair tech asked me questions and listened to what I said. Repair was done in the time frame stated up front. All my concerns were addressed and the bike looks and rides great! Both sales and service people were friendly and helpful.

COME TO THIS STORE!!!! They are the best!!!! I am not lying to you. I purchased a Trek Checkpoint from a bike shop and Trek in Redmond Washington takes the best care of my bike. Very polite, detail oriented. Quick turnarounds. They are not upcharging you. Really thorough assessments of any issues and you will love their work.
