Our Rockville, MD store is well stocked with accessories and the staff has always offered excellent advice. A program should be developed to encourage bikers to use front and rear lights as even during daylight hours, the cyclist is not visible to traffic when entering and exiting shadows. Many thanks

The bike repair guy who helped me was knowledgable and didn't charge me for the service because I had partially completed the task before I brought my wheel in.

I arrived late on a Saturday afternoon in need of a new inner tube on my rear wheel. It was quiet in the store and the service department indicated that they could do the repair while I waited. The staff was friendly and had me on my way home in about 20 minutes. Much faster than I could have done the repair myself.
